Richard Gutierrez Has No Definite Plan Yet After Contract With GMARichard Gutierrez said that the public will soon find out about his plans after his contract expired with GMA-7 in two months.
He said that he is thankful to GMA for the opportunities that is being given to him by his home network.
“Uhm, right now, I’m not at the position to talk about my contract because I still have a project with GMA, I still have a soap opera that will run until June," Gutierrez said.
"So I have respect for the network, and I have a movie with them, I have a soap opera with them—I’m concentrating on that," he added.
Gutierrez said that it is still important to him to know what his mother, Anabelle Rama, thought of where to go in his career.
But he said that he will still be the one to decide on his career path.
Whatever his decision will be, the actor-host said that he will let the public know about it.
"A, nandiyan ang family ko na, of course, nakikinig ako sa kanila," he told PEP.PH.
When asked about his mother, Gutierrez said that Rama is doing fine in her candidacy in Cebu.
He said that he can see how dedicated his mother is in learning about politics.
Gutierrez added that there are a lot of people behind his mother in her campaign in Cebu.
But even though Rama is busy with her candidacy, she still finds time to manage the careers of her sons and daughter, Ruffa.
Gutierrez said that Rama was in Manila two or three days ago to hold meetings.
"She makes sure na we’re okay, she makes sure na everything is okay—supermom siya, e!” the actor said.
