‘eat Bulaga’ Throws A Grand Party For Ryzza Mae Dizon’s 8th BirthdayThe ‘Eat Bulaga’ family organized a grand birthday celebration for Ryzza Mae Dizon last June 12. The birthday party seemed like a debut event for the girl who just turned 8. The occasion was held at Plaza Ibarra in Timog Avenue, Quezon City. Of course, it was attended by the ‘dabarkads’ (hosts and crew of Eat Bulaga).
The party turned crowded especially because Ryzza’s relatives, childhood friends, and neighbors in Angeles City, Pampanga were invited. They were given the special treatment in the event. The celebrator obviously felt happy because she was with people she grew up with while she was still not in show business.
The birthday celebration was as grand as it could be. Ryzza wore three opulent gowns during the entire night. She was also adorned by tiaras and other accessories. Obviously, she was meticulously made up for the occasion. She was instantly treated like a princess at her entrance, wherein she was carried in a small carriage by the dancers. She was then seated to a little throne, like a real royalty.
Of course, even as a celebrator, she had to entertain her guests by dancing her signature dance ‘Cha-Cha,’ which was in remix version altered by Psy’s latest hit ‘Gentleman.’ After her number, parlor games were organized wherein other children played to win special prizes. The event was hosted by dabarkads Paulen Luna and Ruby Rodriguez.
After the games, everyone enjoyed the sumptuous buffet meal. Most of her guests from Pampanga were delighted because aside from pancit and spaghetti, they got to enjoy other dishes, including lechon. After the meals, a small program was held, participated by the dabarkads. That program was aired on June 13 and June 15 pre-empting her daily morning talk show ‘The Ryzza Mae Show.’
Just like a debutante, Ryzza had a dance with eight men in her life, representing her 8 years in existence. Those who danced with her after giving her roses were Aljur Abrenica, Mark Herras, Paolo Ballesteros, Mr. Pogi’s Bryan (her original crush), Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, and That’s My Boy winner Jacob, who is said to be Ryzza’s latest crush. Her father took the eighth and last dance with her.
Of course, Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon were present in the celebration. Dabarkads in the event included Julia Clarete, Allan K, Ciara Sotto, and Keempee de Leon. Other guests included German Moreno, Mother Lily Monteverde, Manay Ichu Vera Perez, Helen Gamboa, Susan Roces, and Danica Sotto. The fabulous birthday party served as a confirmation of Ryzza’s current popularity.
Aside from her daily morning talk show, she is still regularly seen in ‘Eat Bulaga.’ She is also part of the regular cast of the Saturday sitcom ‘Vampire and Daddy Ko’ with Vic Sotto, Jimmy Santos, and Oyo Boy Sotto. She is slated to do a lineup of movies, including one that is supposed to pair her with Kris Aquino’s son James ‘Bimby’ Yap.
