Gretchen Ho Said Robi Domingo Is Boyfriend MaterialGretchen Ho admitted she and ex-Pinoy Big Brother housemate Robi Domingo are "exclusively dating."
She also said Domingo is boyfriend material.
“Hindi naman siguro ako makikipag-date ng ten months kung hindi.”
Domingo earlier said Ho is more than just girlriend material.
Ho will be part of Studio 23's Game On! Chevrolet Sonic Celebrity Challenge. Together with Manuel Chua and Andrei Felix, they will comprise Team Sonic White.
They will go against Team Sonic Blue, comprised of real-life couple Melissa Ricks and Paul Jake Castillo and Gretchen Fullido.
The road challenge will stretch from Quezon City to Tagaytay City with various physical and mental challenges along the way. It will air on April 16 and 13.
Ho has recently graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University where she represented the team's volleyball team in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP).
During her guesting on Gandang Gabi Vice on March 17, Ho was asked about her relationship with Domingo, also a graduate of the Ateneo.
She said they are exclusively dating, adding that Domingo should be the one to answer about their real status.
Ho said Domingo has a good heart, very down-to-earth, gentleman and respectful.
She also denied a The Buzz report, which said that Ho's family is against the Kapamilya star.
She said she can see being with Domingo in the future, and that her family approves of him.
"I wouldn’t be dating someone this long if I didn’t see them in my future. Tsaka parang, yun nga, sinasabi ko, he’s a really, parang he’s really good-hearted kasi."
Ho confirmed where she and Domingo grew close. Domingo earlier said they became close only during the ad released by the Ateneo's placement office and when he watched the Ateneo girls' volleyball competition.
Ho confirmed the details.
She said they want to keep the details of their relationship in private because it's goind to be different once it's out in public.
"We want to take care of, parang, whatever we have. Kasi if it’s public, ang daming puwedeng maging issue. And we don’t want anything to get in the way."
When it comes to showbiz, Ho said she wants to focus more on hosting and on doing sports-related shows.
She hosted the Ateneo bonfire, the Ateneo Open and the Jesuit Ignatian Festival when she was still with the university.
Ho will not yet become a full-time host because she also wants to try her hands on going corporate.
She took AB Communication and BS Management Engineering with a minor in Development Management.
She will take a retreat in April to weigh her options.
For now, she is trying different events and gigs, and she's also planning to take a break.
“But I’m also having interviews with different companies. So parang I’m still just weighing my options.”
“I think if it will give me that opportunity, then I will consider. Pero hindi acting, a."
She wants to focus on sports-related and youth-oriented shows, Ho said.
