Annabelle Rama Says Sarah Lahbati Is Not The Reason Why Son Richard Wants To Study In Switzerland

Annabelle Rama denied reports saying her son Richard Gutierrez will be studying in Switzerland to be close to his girlfriend Sarah Lahbati.

She also denied rumors about Lahbati's alleged pregnancy. She said her son is merely there to unwind since he has been working for so long.

Rumors have been circulating in weeks regarding Richard's and Sarah's apparenty newbord child. Many said Richard flew to Switzerland because Sarah will be giving birth in July. The Kapuso actress flew to Switzerland, her hometown, earlier this year after severing ties with her network.

Despite these reports, Rama said she is proud of both Richard and daughter Ruffa who is set to study International Political Economy at the King's London College for one summer.

She said Ruffa might want to enter politics in the future. Rama herself had an unsuccessful congressional bid during the 2013 elections in Cebu.

Meanwhile, the talent manager also denied she is at odds with her partymates in Cebu. Reports said Rama wants to pull out the P3 million she donated to the party because of internal disputes.

The P3 million she donated was supposed to be for the poll watchers who will protect her votes during Election Day. However, Rama lamented that her money was spent on other candidates instead, particularly her cousin Mayor Mike Rama.

The talent manager might also be facing an electoral case because she only declared P500,000 in her election expenses despite reports today coming out that she really donated P3 million for the campaign.

Rama denied these continuous allegations though. "Wala kaming problema ni Mayor Rama. Nanalo nga siya dahil sa ‘kin. Wala kaming problema at okay kami dun."
