Claudine Barretto Says She Has No Idea Why Raymart Santiago Was A No-Show During Their Daughter's BirthdayClaudine Barretto has no clue as to why estranged husband Raymart Santiago failed to show up in the birthday party she prepared for their adoptive daughter, Sabina Natasha.
She clarified she told Santiago about the party, and his family as well. And yet, pictures during the party revealed Santiago was a no-show.
Barretto and Santiago have separated in the middle of the actress' feud with sisters Gretchen and Marjorie. Some said Santiago was already fed up with Barretto's psychological issues.
Sabina, Barretto's and Santiago's adoptive daughter, celebrated her birthday with a spa party at the Blue Water Day Spa. The party was supposed to happen last week, but they had to move it because Barretto was sick.
The actress, who may be doing a couple of movies in the coming months, said she was so excited in preparing for the celebration. In fact, there was already another celebration at Sabina's school before. That day, Barretto even posted the controversial photo of her and her daughter wherein a bruise was seen on her face.
She immediately deleted that photo from her Instagram account.
Now that Sabina is already nine years old, the proud mother of two said they share so many bonding moments such as watching movies and having foot spas.
The actress also confirmed she will be doing two movies with Star Cinema and Viva Films. She is a contract star of Viva Films while Star Cinema is the movie arm of her former network, ABS-CBN.
"Hindi ko alam kung ano ang mauuna [sa dalawang pelikula], magmi-meeting pa lang kami. Magmi-meet palang kami hopefully this week, and doon ko malalaman."
Barretto then told her fans that after all that she has gone through the past months, she is now ready to get back to work and bring entertainment to the movie screen once again.
