Heart Evangelista Denies Being Secretly Married To Boyfriend Chiz EscuderoHeart Evangelista just laughed off rumors saying she's already secretly married to Senator Chiz Escudero. She said she won't hide that fact if ever it's true.
The actress, who has been living independently since her feud with her parents because of Escudero, said she has been very open with her life. Her parents disapproved of their relationship.
For now, there are no plans yet for them to get married since they still have to accomplish a lot of things individually. Evangelista maintained she has no plans of keeping that kind of secret from the public.
Reacting to those who feel giddy about the prospect of her marrying the senator, the actress said it's funny how people think of them as characters of a teleserye. She added that there were times she feels embarrassed that Escudero was dragged into her showbiz life when he's obviously a very serious politician.
In fact, the actress said the senator didn't need her to campaign for him since he was a consistently topping the surveys during the May elections. In the midst of their feud with her parents, the senator's ratings even dropped to top three or four.
Evangelista said they don't always want to be looked at as a couple since they have individual skills and talents they can hone. She also expressed how lucky she felt for having a boyfriend like the senator.
Meanwhile, the actress is now guest hosting in "Eat Bulaga," the longest running noontime show in Philippine television. She shared how her co-hosts there just enjoy what they're doing--helping people and having fun with their work.
Now, the actress is thinking of going full time as a host since she's been enjoying it more than playing characters in a teleserye or in a movie. Her co-hosts in "Eat Bulaga" have all been accommodating, even inviting her for lunch and basically making her feel welcome and at home.
Evangelista also gushed about Ryzza Mae Dizon, the show's new child superstar. It's amazing, she said, how much fun the young superstar is having and how many people she manages to touch everyday.
She is now also co-hosting "Startalk." Evangelista said she feels awkward asking celebrities about certain issues because she's more used to be the one being interviewed. But since she got used to the issues surrounding her, it made her into a more sensitive host.
