Raymart Santiago Defends Brother Randy From Claudine Barretto's AccusationsRaymart Santiago said his brother Randy was just coming to his aid when he defended him from estranged wife Claudine Barretto. He added that Randy never bullied the actress as what she previously accused his brother of.
Raymart noted it's normal for siblings to defend each other against people who are belittling them. He seemingly tried to slight Barretto's own relationship with her sisters Gretchen and Marjorie. The Santiago brothers have historically stood by each other.
The actor maintained Randy never said anything against Barretto, and that the actress may be overreacting to the statements made by his older brother.
Barretto earlier said she was bullied by Randy when the latter came to Raymart's defense in a recent interview. She added she was never close to the Santiagos contrary to reports.
The actor said his brothers have been supporting him all throughout this ordeal with his estranged wife. They regularly see each other and hang out together.
The two met again during the hearing of their case at the Marikina City Regional Trial Court on August 27. Barretto didn't want to comment about the case, saying only that since it's already moving well along, it makes her stronger. When asked about her sister Gretchen's recent statements about her word war on Instagram, the actress also refused to say anything.
As for Raymart, since he is usually smiling whenever they come out of the court, was it a sign that the court is favorable to him? The actor just smiled and said "no comment."
