No Bad Blood Between Anne Curtis And Privé Luxury Club OwnerThough Anne Curtis had an outburst in his club, Privé Luxury Club part-owner JM Rodriguez seems to be holding no grudges against the actress.
Twitter was abuzz on Tuesday with people posting photos of Curtis and Rodriguez hugging. The photos were apparently taken at the Dealer’s Night event hosted by Cherry Mobile, a consumer electronics brand endorsed by Anne.
Those present at the event revealed that Rodriguez hosted the occasion and even introduced Curtis saying: “My good friend, Anne Curtis.”
After this introduction, the two reportedly hugged tight.
Anne Curtis was involved in a slapping incident early on November 23. Curtis admitted she had more than her fair share of drinks that evening.
Not that there has been much controversy coming from the Privé club side. Officially, that is.
Rodriguez has not personally said anything about the incident which involved Curtis, John Lloyd Cruz (who Curtis slapped along with JR Isaac, the editor and publisher of Circuit Magazine), Phoemela Baranda and others.
In a separate report, the Philippine Entertainment Portal revealed that Isaac has already settled matters with Curtis.
According to Isaac, he was slapped by Anne. The actress is said to have also slapped Leah de Guzman and Cruz. Meanwhile, Baranda was told, “I can buy you, your friends, and this club!” Isaac said.
Isaac also said in the PEP report that Rodriguez and Curtis had an exchange of words during the uproar.
According to Isaac, Curtis said, “You know, this is the worst club to have a party!” Curtis apparently organized a bachelorette party for a friend who came from another country.
Rodriguez reportedly told Curtis, “We took care of you here. We took care of your party. How dare you say this!”
In an official statement from the club, however, the management said that Privé respects the privacy of all their guests. “This is why we are called PRIVÉ,” the statement continued.
They said this will be their last statement and that they won’t talk about it anymore since “the incident happened almost half a month ago and all parties have settled their issues privately.”
