Kathryn Bernardo Evades Questions About Daniel PadillaABS-CBN teen star Kathryn Bernardo doesn't want to answer queries about her relationship with Daniel Padilla. Although the two are often seen being sweet to each other, the young actress remained mum about the status of their relationship.
Kathryn admitted that Daniel has a big influence in her life, but she said that she doesn't want to rush into a relationship with the actor.
"Malalim siyang tao. Parang ako, super gullible ko, super walang masyadong alam sa mga nangyayari. Ngayon, parang naging aware na ako."
The two were seen together arriving at the "Got To Believe" finale concert holding hands. They even have the same van--a GMC. Daniel has a black GMC van while Kathryn has a white one.
Kathryn is now 18 years old, so is she finally going to open up about her feelings for Daniel? In truth, the young actress doesn't feel like her age. All she wants is to be happy and to "chill" now that she's 18 years old.
"Ayoko madaliin lahat. Yun ang natutunan ko last year."
In a separate interview, Daniel said he doesn't want to rush Kathryn to getting into a relationship with him even though they are both at the right age already.
Kathryn will have a birthday celebration with her close family and friends on March 29 while a separate party organized by her fans will follow suit.
The young actress chose a "vintage" theme for her birthday party. She also chose celebrity designer Francis Libiran to make her gowns. Right now, they haven't finalized the color of the gowns yet.
Daniel will be her escort in the said party.
Meanwhile, since "Got To Believe" will end already, Kathryn shared she feels sad that she won't be able to spend time with her co-stars anymore.
"Mami-miss mo yun. Pero masaya ako na may mga bago akong nakilalang mga kaibigan."
Asked about her reaction to the label that she and Daniel are the teen queen and king, Kathryn felt that it's not the time yet to call them that because they have so much to prove.
But then again, she thanked the people who look at them that way.
Although a lot of people are looking up at them, Kathryn said it's also important to be true to yourself and not just to create an "image."
"Ang pangit naman na good example ka, pero hindi naman totoo yung ipinapakita mo sa kanila. Siguro ipakita mo lang kung sino ka talaga."
She also needs to be responsible for what she does, so she can be a better example to a lot of teenagers looking up to her as their idol.
