Vhong Navarro's Return To "It's Showtime" Hits 20.3%

After two months of being absent, Vhong Navarro is finally back in noontime show "It's Showtime." Vhong was warmly welcomed last Saturday, March 8.

Vhong currently faces two rape complaints, but has also filed perjury, serious physical injuries, extortion and illegal detention cases against his complainants—Deniece Cornejo, Bernice Lee, Cedric Lee and Roxanne Cabanero.

The rape complainants are model-stylist Deniece, who Vhong allegedly raped in January 2014, and former beauty queen Roxanne, who alleged that Vhong raped her back in April 2010.

The episode of "It's Showtime" reached 20.3%, beating "Eat Bulaga's" 12.6%.

Meanwhile, "Maalaala Mo Kaya" was the highest rating television program last March 8. The episode starred Abby Bautista. It told the story of a 7-year-old rape victim.
