Maja Salvador Believes She And Kim Chiu Will ReconcileMaja Salvador said they may shock the public when she and ex-friend Kim Chiu finally reconcile. The two had a falling out last year when Maja went out with Gerald Anderson, Kim's ex-boyfriend.
Kim said it was like Maja swallowed all the words she told Kim when she was opening to the former about Gerald.
"Believe lang tayo, baka in time [magkausap na kami]. Kasi magkakasalubong at magkakasalubong lang kami."
Maja said it's possible for them to forgive and to start over again. They can also accept the situation now. Maja and Gerald are currently an item.
"Matatanda na rin kasi [kami]. Ikaw mismo, alam mong piliin kung ano ang dapat mong i-let go at hindi."
What will she tell Kim when they meet again? Maja said she cannot think for now. These moments in one's life cannot be planned, the actress added.
She also said she will have no problem seeing and meeting Kris Aquino, who is a known close friend of Kim. Kris even commended Gerald for guesting on "Aquino & Abunda Tonight" besides him knowing that she thinks of Kim as her eldest daughter.
Maja said she and Kris, who's the former partner of her uncle Philip Salvador, are okay. She admitted that Kris is closer to Kim, especially since she cannot guest on her shows.
The actress-dancer maintained there is no reason to pit her and Kim together when it comes to Kris. Maja also happens to be a cousin of Kris' son, Josh.
Meanwhile, she is nervous about her latest album under Ivory Music & Video. "Siyempre, may tanong din po, isang malaking step po sa akin ito. Isang malaking desisyon ang pagpasok sa music industry."
She knows some people are criticizing her and her new album. But for Maja, she is happy that she discovered a new talent that she can hone. She is also excited to share her album to the public.
She admitted that she cannot be a diva, but she does have her own set of genre to share. "Pero I’m very happy sa ibinigay na single ng Ivory Music kasi ibinagay sa anong kakayahan meron ako."
Since Maja is known for being a dancer, she wants a single that is also danceable. Ivory agreed that everything should be done "step-by-step."
She likened her music to J. Lo or Jennifer Lopez.
