Vhong Navarro Moves On Amid Legal TurmoilsVhong Navarro doesn't want his work affected by the legal battle he is currently facing in connection to the January 22 mauling incident in Taguig City.
For the comedian-TV host, he wants to continue making people laugh through his work.
He refused to talk about the case though since the court asked Vhong's camp and the camp of Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee not to speak to the media anymore.
Cedric, Deniece, Ferdinand Guerrero, Jed Fernandez and Zimmer Raz are all facing serious illegal detention while Bernice Lee and JP Calma will be facing grave coercion charges.
Serious illegal detention is a non-bailable case. Cedric and Zummer are already detained in an NBI facility.
Meanwhile, there is tight security surrounding Vhong now after veteran journalist Tony Calvento cited intel reports about a possible assassination plan against Vhong.
Star Cinema even asked the media not to take photos of the actor-TV host's car.
In the end, Vhong said it's a good feeling to be working again since it helps him move on from what happened. He doesn't want his work to be affected by the incident because that was a private matter.
"Kailangan natin maging professional kasi ito ang trabaho ko. Kumbaga, labas dito yung personal kong buhay."
Even though he found it hard to go back to work again, his co-stars in "Da Possessed" aided him in getting back to his feet.
