Zoren Legaspi Cooperates With BIRZoren Legaspi said he will continue to cooperate with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in regards to his P4.45-million tax evasion case.
According to an earlier report from the BIR, Zoren failed to declare his right taxes on the years 2010 and 2012.
Zoren said his camp is complying with the requirements of the BIR. In fact, he finds the bureau "very accommodating." Zoren will also not complain about the said tax evasion case.
He hasn't hired a lawyer to handle the matter. What he has is his secretary and his accountant. "Nagko-comply naman kami 'pag may natatanggap kaming mga sulat. Nagre-report naman kami sa kanila, e. We have a good intention naman. Hindi naman kami resistant, e."
Meanwhile, Zoren's wife, Carmina Villaroel, confirmed that ABS-CBN will reformat its Sunday showbiz talk show, "The Buzz." She won't also be a part of the reformatted show since Kris Aquino and Toni Gonzaga will return as mainstays.
Boy Abunda stays as the current main host, reports said. Carmina doesn't know, however, what changes will be made in the show.
And although she will no longer be a part of the said show, Carmina asked the public to still support it after the reformatting.
Zoren, Carmina and their kids, Cassy and Mavy, are the new endorsers of Jolly Spaghetti. In the past years, the public has seemingly endeared itself to the Legaspi family.
What makes their family unique? Zoren said they, as parents, are not afraid to ask their kids questions as long as they don't make it sound like they're investigating. Most of the times, they are just like friends to their children.
"Kasi minsan nagtatapat si Cassy sa mga problema niya, si Maverick naman sa ibang mga problema niya, na nagiging kaibigan kami, hindi magulang."
"So, you have to learn how to be a friend sa iyong mga anak, para magkaroon ng completeness yung pamilya."
Family members should also be friends, and not stick to the conventional roles of mother, father, brother and sister.
