Vice Ganda Denies Slamming Vic Sotto In A Video HoaxVice Ganda denied saying that Vic Sotto is a has-been and that Vic said bad words about him. This was amid two videos spreading on Facebook about the two of them trading barbs.
Vice said he tried to open these videos but they cannot be opened and they just lead to advertisements. It was like that viral text about Cristine Reyes' and Rayver Cruz's sex video, he added.
He is not worried about these things because he is sure of himself and how much he respects Vic. Even Vic never bothers to talk about the issue because he knows that Vice would never say that about him, the comedian said.
"Nung tinanong ako kung totoo bang ginawa ko yun, ang sabi ko, 'Napakaimposible, Vic Sotto is an icon."
As a comedian who's already just starting in the industry, Vice said he would never do that to his idol. Also, he cannot believe Vic would mouth bad words about him. It's out of character for him, Vice said.
Meanwhile, Vice said he talked with his friend Kris Aquino about her revelations on "The Buzz" regarding her past relationship with Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista.
Although they don't share everything to each other, Vice said that they talk about the important stuff and he knows the things that happened to Kris.
After that segment, Kris asked Vice if what she did was right. Vice said it's about time the people know what truly happened, so that Kris can vindicate herself.
"Ang maganda, kinukuwento mo ang lahat niyan ng walang bitterness at ang ending masaya pa rin kasi friendship ang habol mo, 'di ba?"
Kris, Vice said, is still hoping to be friends with Herbert in the end. So there's no end yet to how their relationship will become in the future.
Vice personally knows Herbert. In fact, they even text each other. It's just that Vice lost the mayor's number, so they weren't able to text that much these days.
He refused to comment about Kris and Ai-Ai Delas Alas' issue though. He is close to both of them. Kris and Ai-Ai had a falling out because Kris failed to attend the wake and funeral of the Comedy Concert Queen's biological mother earlier this year.
Kris was in London that time with her children, Josh and Bimby.
Vice said the two former friends should be given the time to fix their issues. The right time will come for them. The two weren't friends from the start, but the right time came for their friendship. That's the same principle in resolving issues, the comedian said.
He continues to be hopeful that they will kiss and make up.
Vice then said he is happy to be part of the Metro Manila Film Festival this year. He will be doing the entry "Praybeyt Benjamin 2," a sequel of the same movie he did in 2011.
Although he is feeling the pressure, Vice chooses not to focus on it because he wants to enjoy this opportunity given by Star Cinema and Viva Films.
"Aarte na lang ako, sila na ang bahalang mag-promote, sila na ang bahalang gumastos."
Some of the guests of his movie will be Richard Yap and Bimby Aquino-Yap. Vice is happy that there will be a new tandem, and that he will be with Kris in promoting the movie because of her son.
Last year, the two also had a rift because Vice's "Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy" went against Vic's and Bimby's "My Little Bossings."
During the last episode of "The Buzz," Kris said she is sure that "Praybeyt Benjamin 2" will do well in the box office because Bimby is there. Vice asked Kris why she isn't promoting her own entry.
Kris said: "Oo, deadma na ako, siyempre dun na ako sa anak ko, 'no?" She earlier promised that she will give her 100-percent support to the movie because of Bimby.
In the end, Vice denied that he's back together with his basketball boyfriend. He said he is happy with his life now.
