Daniel Matsunaga Wins As "PBB All In" Big Winner

Brazilian-Japanese model Daniel Matsunaga was named the "PBB All In" Big Winner during the show's big night o August 24 (Sunday) at Resorts World Manila.

Daniel got 11.69 percent net votes after the public was allowed to vote for the housemate they want to evict and the housemate they want to save. The "evict" votes were deducted from the "save" votes.

The model received 18.52 percent votes to save and 6.83 votes to evict.

Asked what made him win the reality show, Daniel said a lot of people don't like him to be the big winner because he doesn't have any Filipino blood, but he is much more a Filipino at heart than a lot of true-blooded Filipinos.

He added that "PBB" was the craziest experience of his life, and that he is thankful to those who supported him and those who made it possible for him to reach this far in the contest and in showbiz.

Daniel was welcomed to the "outside world" by his sister, Vanessa, and their mother.

Daniel entered the house a month after the show started. He was dubbed the "Hunk of the World ng Makati."

As a Big Winner, Daniel gets P1 million in cash prize, a condo unit worth P2 million, a Mont Alba franchise worth P1.5 million, an Asian tour package for two and many more.

"PBB All In" ran for 119 days and 19 housemates were introduced to the public in a period of 17 weeks.

Maris Racal was the second big placer with 3.1 percent of net votes while actress Jane Oineza bagged the third big placer with -0.73 net votes. Beauty queen Vickie Rushton was the fourth big placer with -0.78 net votes.
