Rachelle Ann Go Makes A Quick Vacation To The Philippines

Rachelle Ann Go made a quick visit to the Philippines for a guest appearance in the store opening of a clothing brand last October 15.

Rachelle has been receiving rave reviews of her portrayal of Gigi in the West End revival of Miss Saigon. She has been staying in London for the past seven months.

The theater actress-singer has been in the Philippines since October 13 and will be leaving tonight (October 16). Rachelle said only a few people knew she was coming home, and that includes her bestfriends in the industry Sarah Geronimo, Jimmy Marquez, Erik Santos and ex-beau Christian Bautista.

She doesn't have the time to go out, however, because she missed her mom's cooking. She opted to just stay at home.

Asked about her alleged relationship with former "Pinoy Big Brother" housemate and big winner Slater Young, Rachelle said they are okay and they have communication.

Before she left for London, they both admitted that they are in the "dating" stage. Slater even visited her in London to watch her perform.

However, Rachelle said that whatever they had before was over and remains in the past. What's important is that they are both happy with their lives now.

She doesn't date now and no one's courting her, too. It's really hard for her to meet anyone because she's always working and rehearsing. She does eight shows a week, and Sunday is her only off.

Meanwhile, Rachelle also said she's happy for her ex-boyfriends John Prats and Gab Valenciano, who both got engaged--John to Isabel Oli and Gab to his non-showbiz girlfriend.

The singer-actress joked that she wants to be different, so she'll remain single. She believes John and Gab are destined to get married already while she's in another country working on her career.
