Angeline Quinto Gets Jealous Of Erik Santos, K-La RiveraAngeline Quinto did not talk to rumored boyfriend Erik Santos for a week after seeing the "sweet" photo of Erik with singer K-La Rivera.
The couple were both a guest on "Kris TV" where they talked about their misunderstanding. Angeline said it happened before they went to Los Angeles for "ASAP." That was where Erik celebrated his birthday.
Erik explained that he invited Angeline but she could not attend it because she has shooting that day. He invited all his closest friends. Erik made the mistake of inviting someone Angeline did not like.
Angeline clarified it's not that she doesn't like this person, but she was not aware that she was there. The two are referring to K-La Rivera, the ex-girlfriend of Tom Rodriguez.
K-La was a finalist in Star Power, ABS-CBN's reality singing contest in 2010 where Angeline eventually emerged as the winner.
Angeline explained that she saw a photo of Erik and K-La supposedly being sweet to each other.
Somebody sent to her the photo while she was out of town. Angeline then forwarded the photo to Erik, saying that they are too sweet. Erik was hugging K-La in the photo.
Erik tried to make up to Angeline. He texted her every day, but she wasn't answering his texts or calls. When they went to the US, they weren't even seating beside each other.
It was "awkward" for them not to be talking for so long, Erik said. Angeline, however, made the move to make up with Erik when she surprised him during his birthday.
Her conscience was bugging her, so she told the other crew that it was Erik's birthday already in the Philippines. She was the one who gave him his cake.
Erik said he shed tears when Angeline finally made up with him. It was very hard for him not to talk to her for a week.
The two never admitted having a relationship, but they were often seen together on dates and Angeline has once posted an exchange of messages with Erik, wherein the singer told her "I love you."
They were also seen holding hands together during the premiere of Pokwang's film, "Edsa Woolworth."
