Willie Revillame's TV Comeback Not A Done Deal

Willie Revillame is hoping negotiations for his TV comeback will fall through. His friends, Joey de Leon and Mike Enriquez, are helping him get a game show on GMA-7.

The important thing is the decision from the management--Felipe Gozon, Gilberto Duavit, Menardo Jimenez, Felipe Yalung, etc. It's also important for him that the viewers want to see him again.

He especially misses the old people who use to watch his show when he was still with ABS-CBN and TV5. He really wanted to be back, so he can provide entertainment to the viewers again.

He also wants to inspire and give hope to the people.

Why is it taking so long for him to make his TV comeback? The last time Willie was seen on TV was during TV5's noontime show "Will Time Bigtime" on October 12, 2013. That was his third show with the network after "Willing Willie" and "WowoWillie."

Willie said he was busy with his business ventures. He established a five-star hotel in Tagaytay City. Also, he wants the perfect timing for his comeback.

He wants the people to want to see him again. Whenever he sees families, they tell him that they miss still miss seeing him on TV. That's really important for him.

His comeback is not a done deal yet. He doesn't want to announce anything that is not sure.

Willie also has to think about why this happened to him. He needs to learn from his mistakes, he added. The TV host learned from Pope Francis to be humble and to live simply.

Meanwhile, he celebrated his 54th anniversary with family and closed friends on the rooftop of his Wil Tower Mall in Quezon City.

Singers who celebrated it with Willie are Jay-R, Luke Mejares, Nina, Aegis, Andrew E., Sabado Boys and Zsa Zsa Padilla. There were also politicians and showbiz personalities there such as Manny Villar, John Estrada and Priscilla Meirelles, Albert Martinez, Bobot Mortiz, Ricky Davao, Malou Choa-Fagar and friends from his former shows.

Before the program started, Willie sang "Ikaw Na Nga," "I Love You" and "Para Sa'Yo."

Willie personally took care of the preparations for his celebration. This is especially for the people who never left his side. He just wants everybody to be happy.
