Matteo Guidicelli, Sarah Geronimo Talk About MarriageMatteo Guidicelli admitted he and girlfriend Sarah Geronimo have already talked about getting married, but there's nothing concrete yet with their plans.
Since Matteo is currently endorsing an energy drink, he was asked why he is suited for it. He answered that he never gives up in sports, in work and even in lovelife. He fights even though it's hard.
When was the last time he told Sarah he still wants to fight for them? Every day, he said with a laugh.
They weren't able to celebrate Valentine's Day more properly because Sarah is busy with work. He had a surprise for her, but that's all for now because they have yet to find time.
Sarah already hinted in previous interviews that she and Matteo talk about settling down. Matteo confirmed this, but said their relationship is still fresh. These are just ideas for the future, he added.
Matteo is currently training for an Ironman competition in Subic this March. The competition is in two weeks, but Sarah may not be there to support him. The actor-triathlete said it's understandable if she's busy with her projects.
Asked if he wants Sarah to take part in a race, Matteo answered that she's more focused on dancing as a form of physical activity.
Meanwhile, Matteo is busy with his own projects as well. He's doing "Inday Bote" with Alex Gonzaga, who he described as the "perfect partner." There's no downtime with Alex because she's super hyper, he added.
Sarah's fans, called the Popsters, are worried that Alex might interfere in the relationship between Sarah and Matteo. The actor-triathlete was quick to dispel rumors, saying it's just work between him and Alex.
In fact, Sarah and Alex are best friends.
Matteo is excited for their new project. It's a family drama, so people will relate well to it. He is not sure if there will be kissing scenes with Alex because it depends on the story.
If there is, he doesn't think Sarah will mind because she's a professional.
Alex will reprise the role of Inday Bote, a character portrayed by Maricel Soriano and Judy Ann Santos. It is based on a comic book by Pablo S. Gomez.
The movie version starring Maricel was released in 1985, and featured William Martinez and Richard Gomez. The one with Judy Ann was aired in 2006 with Ryan Agoncillo and Rafael Rosell.
For the 2015 version, a love triangle will emerge with Alex, Matteo and Kean Cipriano.
Matteo said his role in "Inday Bote" is that of a very cold guy who comes from a rich family. He will fall in love with a simple girl, Inday (Alex). Kean will play Inday's best friend.
The actor was asked about his girlfriend's reaction on "The Voice" every time someone from her team gets eliminated. Sarah becomes emotional and cries a lot when she has to choose who to eliminate.
Matteo supports her by telling her that she has all the credibility to be a coach. He also tells her to believe in herself.
The actor-triathlete added that the show and the contestants are very important for Sarah.
