Matteo Guidicelli Denies Breakup Rumors With Sarah GeronimoMatteo Guidicelli brushed off rumors that he and Popstar Princess Sarah Geronimo have already broken up. He maintained that his relationship with Sarah remains strong.
The rumors are just negative stuff trying to bring them down, but he won't let it affect them. "Sarah and I, we’re strong, we’re going strong, and sana we’ll forever be strong, ‘di ba?"
Their relationship is a give-and-take thing because they share a lot of things with each other, including their love for music, food and sports.
Matteo also denied that Sarah is jealous of his on-screen partner, Alex Gonzaga, in the primetime series "Inday Bote." The actor said Sarah knows acting is his passion, and Alex and Sarah are even close friends.
He doesn't know yet if Sarah and Alex have already talked about their work together, but he knows his girlfriend is supportive of his work. He hopes there will be no issues with Sarah because she's not the jealous type anyway.
This is not the first time Alex and Matteo will be working together. They were together in the 2007 teen-oriented show "Gokada Go!" where they starred together with Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Joem Bascon, Bangs Garcia, Eda Nolan and Dianne Medina.
On January 31 of this year, they starred in an episode of "Maalaala Mo Kaya." They played the roles of the first ever P1-million winner of a game in "It's Showtime."
It's nice to work with Alex again, Matteo said, adding that he's very comfortable with her because she's very giving as a partner.
He, however, shrugged off Alex's admission that she and the other girls of "Gokada Go!" used to have a crush on him. For Matteo, he is just happy to work with her again. Although he did not have a crush on Alex, he admired her for her talent.
Back then, Matteo is very shy, he said. In fact, they used to tease him about being too shy on set.
