Solenn Heussaff Said Marriage Won’t Stop Her From Doing What She Wants

Solenn Heussaff is one of those celebrities who was able to balance her lovelife and her career. But when asked by PEP.PH about the possibility of leaving her work for a life with her boyfriend Nico Bolzico, the actress-host said that she won’t stop what she wants to do just because she is married.

Heussaff said that marriage is just a piece of paper, and that if the man really loves her, he won’t stop her from doing what she loves. She added that she is an “independent woman” who wants someone who will understand and accept her.

But Heussaff clarified that she’s not choosing her career over love. She just explained that she wants to be good at handling both her career and her relationship.

She said that for now, she wants to do more hosting gigs than acting because her Tagalog is still not 100-percent good. Heussaff added that during her tapings for Indio, she kept on thinking that she is the cause of delay because she hasn’t memorized her lines that well.

Currently, Heussaff is taking Tagalog lessons.

For now, Heussaff said she is more comfortable with hosting shows. She added that once she is more skilled in Tagalog, she can be comfortable with teleseryes and movies.

Heussaff shared that she wants to work with John Lloyd Cruz, Christopher de Leon and Aga Muhlach. She said that she’s very impressed with their works and she admires most of them. She also shared that she was able to watch a movie by Angel Locsin on the plane and she couldn’t help but cry.

She said that she was proud that she is now working with Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. for India. She also added that she enjoys her time while taping for Indio because most of them there don’t know how to speak Tagalog that much, so they just usually laugh it off when they mess up their lines.
