Camp Of Ai-Ai Delas Alas Prepares Legal Cases Against Husband Jed SalangThe camp of Ai-Ai Delas Alas has filed a restraining order against her husband Jed Salang before the Quezon City Regional Court in relation to the accusations of physical abuse and adultery hurled against him by the comedienne.
This means that Salang cannot go 100 to 500 meters near Delas Alas or any of her family members, designated staff and house members. It will also act as a "gag order" since Salang won't be able to talk about the case with anyone in the media.
This will somehow protect Delas Alas from the rumors circulating that Salang will be talking about her alleged addiction to sex.
Salang also cannot contact Delas Alas to talk about the case.
But the restraining order would have to go through a certain process first before it will be served to Delas Alas' estranged husband.
Her camp is also studying the possibility of filing a case regarding the physical abuse the comedienne suffered at the hands of her husband. It will be filed under the Violence Against Women And Children Act.
Delas Alas will also soon seek divorce proceedings against her husband, who she married on April 3 in Las Vegas.
She also reacted to rumors that Salang has things to say against her: "Okey lang. Ganun naman ang buhay. Kung ano man ako, siya, ang Diyos, at si Mama Mary lang ang nakakaalam sa totoong nangyari sa buhay ko at kung ano ang ginawa niya sa akin."
The Comedy Concert Queen assured the public she will soon be okay, and that her moving on process will only take about a couple of months. She then joked around and told "Startalk" host Lolit Solis that she would just take care of dogs like she does.
"Tina-try ko namang ayusin ang buhay ko. Wala naman sigurong babae ang may gusto ng paiba-iba. Siyempre, gusto ng isang babae na ikasal... magkaroon ng pamilya."
However, her experience with this marriage is a learning lesson for her, she said.
Her children, Sophia, Sancho and Sean Nicolo, are also moving on from the issue even though they are still hurting like her, Delas Alas said.
Sancho, who was very vocal against his hatred of Salang, is said to be on vacation somewhere.
When it comes to the exclusive video of their wedding that was supposed to be aired later this year, Delas Alas said the down payment is still with her.
As a message to those like her who is still seeking to have a complete family even after two failed marriages, Delas Alas said women should be vigilant when they love a certain person.
"Ang hirap kasi ma-distinguish kung totoo yung tao sa 'yo o hindi, e."
However, she said she is thankful to her supporters, her friends in showbiz and even the public who have all shown her great compassion and sympathy.
