Wally Bayola Figures In A Motorcyle Accident
Bayola was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital, where he also underwent CT (computed tomography) scan. As of this writing, the results revealed that he was fine. However, he has been complaining about pain when moving his body, probably because of the impact of the accident. He is now in a safer and more stable condition although he is expected to still feel pain and difficulty in walking.
Interestingly, despite the minor accident, the comedian still managed to report to work later that day. He attended the taping of his GMA-7 show ‘Celebrity Bluff’ where he is a mainstay together with Eugene Domingo and his on-screen partner Jose Manalo. According to insiders, the production simply instructed him to remain seated all throughout the duration of the taping.
Bayola is yet to speak about this incident. His accident was also not covered by the media, probably because it was a minor one and because the damage was not a major one. But he is expected to talk about it soon in a light and happy manner. He just turned 41 years old last May 3. He is still a regular host at the longest running noontime variety show ‘Eat Bulaga,’ where he and Manalo together with Paolo Ballesteros visit different sites for their much talked about segment ‘Juan for All, All for Juan.’
Fans and loved ones are still worried over his condition. But people close to Bayola said he would continue to be under close observation to make sure he is totally free from any physical effect of the road accident. Many co-workers, on the other hand, have expressed their admiration and gratitude for his dedication and commitment to work. According to them, Bayola lives by the cliché ‘The show must go on.’
Despite his financial status, Bayola prefers to drive a motorcycle when reporting to work. It could be because the comedian dislikes having to endure the heavy traffic in most major roads across the metro. ‘Celebrity Bluff’ is a celebrity game show airing over GMA-7 every Saturday. Its time slot is right after the drama anthology ‘Magpakailanman.’
