ABS-CBN Extends "Dugong Buhay" To SeptemberABS-CBN's "Dugong Buhay," which stars "Pinoy Big Brother" alumni Ejay Falcon, will be extended until September because of consistent high ratings and intense public demand.
The show, which premiered last April, is a remake of Carlo J. Caparas' novel. Falcon said the whole cast and crew of the show were all happy about the extension announced by the Kapamilya network.
The extension, he said, only proves that the crew's and staff's efforts and "hardwork" paid off and they got to entertain a lot of people. Falcon, who plays Victor, added the viewers will get to know his character more and will be part of his role's future endeavors.
The actor also said he is often fascinated by Victor's character, and sometimes feels like he was connected to his role in "Dugong Buhay." Furthermore, Falcon said he values his family as much as Victor.
In the following episodes, the viewers can expect more action-packed scenes as the De Lara family encounter each other. "There are still a lot of heavy action and dramatic scenes that our viewers should watch out for. They should witness how extreme fury would consume Victor and what he would do to destroy his own family."
The cinematic production of "Dugong Buhay" has been widely praised by viewers. It was directed by Toto Natividad. "Dugong Buhay" airs every afternoon from Mondays to Fridays after another hit Kapamilya series "My Little Juan."
