ABS-CBN Produces Benefit Concert For Yolanda Victims

ABS-CBN stages a benefit concert, "Tulong Na, Tabang Na, Tayo Na," for the victims of Typhoon Yolanda in eastern Visayas. All proceeds of the all-star concert will go to the humanitarian needs of the victims.

The concert will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on November 16, and it aims to raise funds for the survivors of the calamities that befell the country this year--including the 7.2 magnitude earthquake that rocked Cebu and Bohol last month.

The earnings of the concert will be donated to the calamity fund of Sagip Kapamilya, the emergency humanitarian assistance program of ABS-CBN Foundation.

The show will feature some of the country's biggest and brightest stars who all agreed to perform for free--Gary Valenciano, Lea Salonga, Judy Ann Santos, Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz, Toni Gonzaga, Angelica Panganiban, Sam Milby, Shaina Magdayao, Enchong Dee, Xian Lim, Charice Pempengco and other Kapamilya stars.

University of the Philippines Singing Ambassadors, Mandaluying Children's Choir, El Gamma Penumbra, Moonstar 88, 6 Cyclemind, Banda ni Kleggy and inspirational singers Jamie Rivera and Fatima Soriano will also grace the event.

The ticket prices will be: P300 for general admission, P400 for upper box B, P500 for upper box A, P700 for lower box and P1,000 for patron.

Tickets are available at the Smart Araneta Coliseum office, Ticketnet outlets and Ticketnet website.

Ticket buyers would also have the chance to own a free-sized Tulong PH t-shirts that are currently being sold for P250 in participating stores. Proceeds of that will go to the victims as well.

The benefit concert will air live TFC pay-per-view, TFC.tv and TFC IPTV. It can also be accessed on cable TV through SkyCable pay-per-view and Destiny pay-per-view.

Live reports about the concert will air on dzMM and My Only Radio (MOR) 101.9 For Life.

TFC subscribers can watch it for $5 while SkyCable subscribers in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Baguio and Iloilo would need to pay P199.
