Pinay Caregiver Wins "X Factor Israel"Filipina caregiver Rose Fostanes was announced as the winner of the "X Factor Israel," which was the show's first season in the country.
She sang the popular videoke song, Frank Sinatra's "My Way," with an orchestra. Her performance received a standing ovation from the judges and the studio audience.
She also received a lot of positive feedback on social media networks.
Rose thanked the Israelis who liked her voice and for giving her the chance to be a part of the said show. She also thanked the thousands of Filipinos in Israel who supported her journey to the top.
Shiri Maimon, her mentor on the show, said "I love you. I'm so proud of you." After Rose got into the top three of the show, Shiri sang a duet with her--Alicia Keys' hit song "If I Ain't Got You."
Nancy, Rose's younger sister, was also present during the finals night since they were brought to Israel by the show. The Filipino community in the country also attended the finale.
Rose, 47, said she might come back to caregiving although she already as a contract with an Israel music production house.
