"Four Sisters And A Wedding" Earns P120 Million In Two WeeksABS-CBN reported that its 20th anniversary offering, "Four Sisters And A Wedding," has breached the P120 million mark in just two weeks.
Now a certified box office, Star Cinemas' "Four Sisters And A Wedding" grossed P15 million during its opening day. On its fourth day, it earned P60 million in total. It opened in cinemas on June 26.
The film put together an ensemble of cast consisting of Bea Alonzo, Shaina Magdayao, Toni Gonzaga, Angel Locsin and Enchong Dee. It tells the story of four sisters who were torn apart by distance and their dreams. They then had to reunite when their youngest brother (Dee) decided to get married at an early age.
In the process of trying to break their brother's and his fiance's plans to get married, the four sisters will realize the bond that links them together.
This family-oriented film is directed by box office director Cathy Garcia-Molina, the one behind the phenomenal success of "A Very Special Love," "You Changed My Life" and "It Takes A Man And A Woman."
It already started running in US and Canadian theaters. Soon, it will also be shown in the Middle East.
Other stars in the film are Janus del Prado, Buboy Garovillo, Carmi Martin and Ms. Coney Reyes. There is also a special participation by Sam Milby and Angeline Quinto.
