It Takes A Man And A woman is the third installment to the highly popular movie series starring Cruz (Miggy Montenegro) and Geronimo (Laida Magtalas).
It started in 2008 with A Very Special Love, which earned P179.3 million, and the sequel You Changed My Life in 2009 that grossed P225.2 million.
It Takes A Man And A Woman reunited Cruz and Geronimo after four years. It is also expected to topple the records set by A Very Special Love and You Changed My Life since it might be the last time the audience will see Miggy and Laida together.
A report on Sunday said the movie earned P50 million already on its second day, further fueling speculations that It Takes A Man And A Woman will be the highest-grossing Filipino movie of all time.
