"Muling Buksan Ang Puso" Is Back To The Second Spot As The Most Watched TV Program

ABS-CBN's primetime series "Muling Buksan Ang Puso" is back as the second most-watched television program in the Philippines a week after it was overtaken by news and current affairs program "TV Patrol."

According to the ratings provided by Kantar Media/TNS, the Julia Montes-starrer got 29.6% and 28.7% on July 17 and 18 (Wednesday and Thursday), respectively. Its rival, "Mundo Mo'y Akin," is on the fifth and fourth spot with 21.3% and 23.7%, respectively, during the same period.

It recently got higher ratings after the transformation of its lead.

Here are the top 10 daytime and primetime programs from July 17 to 18 among urban and rural households:

On July 17 (Wednesday), daytime: "Be Careful With My Heart" (20.9%), "Eat Bulaga" (15.4%), "Minute To Win It" and "Mga Basang Sisiw" (12.4%), "The Ryzza Mae Show" (11.8%), "It's Showtime" (11.7%), "Dugong Buhay" (11.3%), "Absolute Boyfriend" (11.1%), "My Little Juan" (11%), "Maghihintay Pa Rin" (10.3%) and "Kakambal Ni Eliana" (10%).

For primetime: "Juan Dela Cruz" (35.9%), "Muling Buksan Ang Puso" (29.6%), "TV Patrol" (28.8%), "Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala" and "Anna Karenina" (21.9%), "Mundo Mo'y Akin" (21.3%), "24 Oras" (18.7%), "Annaliza" (18.5%), "My Husband's Lover" (16.5%), "Home Sweet Home" (11.2%) and "That Winter, The Wind Blows" (9.9%).

On July 18 (Thursday), daytime: "Be Careful With My Heart" (23.9%), "Minute To Win It" (15.6%), "Eat Bulaga" (15.2%), "Mga Basang Sisiw" (12.4%), "It's Showtime" (11.9%), "The Ryzza Mae Show" (11.8%), "My Little Juan" (10.8%), "Love Rain" and "Dugong Buhay" (10.5%), "Maghihintay Pa Rin" (10.3%) and "Kakambal Ni Eliana" (10%).

For primetime: "Juan Dela Cruz" (35.9%), "Muling Buksan Ang Puso" (28.7%), "TV Patrol" (27.4%), "Mundo Mo'y Akin" (23.7%), "Anna Karenina" (22.2%), "Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala" (22%), "24 Oras" (18.2%), "Annaliza" (18%), "My Husband's Lover" (17.6%) and "Home Sweet Home" (9.9%).
