"Minute To Win It" Beats "Anak Ko Yan" On August 26 (Monday)

Luis Manzano was able to beat girlfriend Jennylyn Mercado when his show "Minute To Win It" posted a rating of 18.7% against "Anak Ko Yan's" 9.6%.

The couple's shows were pitted against each other on August 26 (Monday).

The two earlier said their competing shows will not affect their relationship. In fact, they even joked they already unfollowed each other on social networking sites Twitter and Instagram so as not to complicate things. Mercado also kidded they won't be talking while their shows are still airing.

Meanwhile, ABS-CBN's "Got To Believe," starring teen stars Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo, debuted strongly on August 26 (Monday) as it received 34%. It placed second after "Juan Dela Cruz," still the number one television program in the country.

"The Voice of the Philippines," on the other hand, got a low 22% even though it usually rated around 30% during the blind auditions. The Sunday episode was the Live Show segment of the hit singing-reality show.

On August 25 (Sunday), for daytime: "Kapuso Movie Festival" (16.3%), "GMA Blockbusters: Free Willy 3" (13.0%), "ASAP 18" (12.4%), "Born To Be Wild" (12.1%), "Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala Finale Marathon" (12.0%), "LUV U" (11.5%), "Sunday All Stars" (11.4%), "GMA Blockbusters: My Neighbor’s Wife" (11.1%), "Superbook" (10.7%) and "The Buzz" (10.4%).

For primetime, "Rated K" (24.3%), "Goin’ Bulilit" (23.1%), "The Voice of the Philippines" (22.5%), "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho" (21.7%), "Pepito Manaloto" (21.4%), "TV Patrol Weekend" (17.5%), "Kap’s Amazing Stories" (15.6%), "Imbestigador" (13.2%), "Gandang Gabi Vice" (14.5%) and "Sine Ko 5ingko Prime" (5.6%).

On August 26 (Monday), for daytime: "Be Careful with My Heart" (24.9%), "Minute to Win It" (18.7%), "It’s Showtime" (17.5%), "Mga Basang Sisiw" (15.0%), "Eat Bulaga" (14.5%), "Maghihintay Pa Rin" (13.5%), "Pyra" (13.0%), "The Love Story of Kang Chi" (12.9%), "Wish Upon A Star" (12.4%) and "Kaasan" (12.3%).
