Tilapia makes5 servings
Ingredients:
2 pcs Tilapia, Medium
3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 pc Onion, medium, sliced thinly
2 tsp Ginger, sliced thinly
1/2 cup water
1 pc. Red Chili (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 pack Gata
2 pcs Knorr Tamarind Broth Cubes
Procedure:
1. Place all ingredients in a cooking pot
2. Simmer for 12-151 minutes.
3. Serve hot with rice.
Tip: Don't overcook the Tilapia so it will not get mushy
