Who says you can’t have it all? Arci Muñoz shows us that balancing work, play, and saving money is not only possible but also incredibly rewarding.
Arci Muñoz recently shared valuable insights about managing her finances while enjoying life. The most crucial piece of advice she received came from her mother, who worked tirelessly to provide a secure future for Arci. “She told me to save up,” Arci revealed. “I’ve always been the happy-go-lucky type, but now that I’m 35, I realize the importance of making wiser financial decisions.”
Arci’s mother had a practical approach to savings. She advised Arci to divide her talent fees each month, putting half into a separate bank account that she couldn’t touch. “My mom would tell me, ‘Enjoy your money. You worked hard for it,’ but she also stressed the importance of saving half of it. I keep half for savings and use the other half for travel,” Arci explained.
Traveling is Arci’s passion and her biggest expense. Unlike many celebrities who splurge on luxury items, Arci prefers to spend her money on experiences. “I’m not materialistic. Instead of buying a new bag, I spend on travel. I love trying out new foods and learning about different cultures,” she said.
Reflecting on her past, Arci Muñoz feels fortunate for never having struggled financially, thanks to her parents’ hard work. “I’m grateful for my comfortable life. My parents worked all their lives to give us a good education. They likely had their struggles, but they never made these known to us,” she reflected.
