ABS-CBN Studios continues dominating Philippine entertainment as its two latest productions, “Incognito” and “Sosyal Climbers,” reach the top of Netflix Philippines’ rankings.
Since its January 17 premiere, Incognito has held a strong position among the most-watched series on Netflix PH. The show follows the Kontraks, a covert team led by Jose (Richard Gutierrez), Greg (Ian Veneracion), and Miguel (Baron Geisler) as they take on high-risk missions. They are joined by Gab (Maris Racal), Tomas (Anthony Jennings), Max (Kaila Estrada), and Andres (Daniel Padilla).
The series hit an all-time high viewership with 997,260 peak concurrent viewers on February 21. Its latest episodes focus on the Kontraks’ mission to rescue hostages taken by a religious cult led by Rema Muñoz (Robert Seña) at La Vida Royale Hotel.
Following the success of Incognito, ABS-CBN Studios and Netflix Philippines’ first collaboration film, Sosyal Climbers, premiered on February 27 and quickly topped the movie rankings.
Jason Paul Laxamana directed the film, starring Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings as Jessa and Ray. The struggling couple creates fake identities to infiltrate high society. Their scheme leads them into a tangled web of deception and unexpected consequences. The cast also includes Carmi Martin, Ricky Davao, Shanaia Gomez, Cheska Iñigo, and Marissa Sanchez.
The success of both Incognito and Sosyal Climbers has fueled online conversations. Viewers praise Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings for their dynamic on-screen chemistry and engaging performances. Their back-to-back appearances in a hit series and film have made them a trending tandem in recent months.
