Heart Evangelista, known for her fashion prowess and acting career, is also a proud and devoted mother to her stepchildren. Recently, she shared a heartfelt moment on her Instagram after her stepson, Quino Escudero, graduated from high school.
In a post on March 20, 2025, Heart proudly shared a glimpse of Quino’s graduation ceremony at Xavier School. The joyful moment was captured in a short clip where Quino, one of her husband Chiz Escudero’s twins, marched across the stage to receive his diploma. Quino’s shy smile was evident as he glanced at the camera, his pride and happiness unmistakable. Heart expressed her pride, captioning the post, “My Quino boy. So proud of you!”
Chiz Escudero also took to Instagram to congratulate his son on this significant achievement. He posted a message for Quino, saying, “Congrats anak, Quino! We are proud of you.” This moment marked another milestone in the Escudero family’s life.
Evangelista’s sister, Camille Ongpauco, also expressed her love and support in the comments, saying, “Love you Kuya!! Always proud of you.”
Throughout the years, Heart has shown herself to be a dedicated and hands-on stepmom. Quino and his twin sister, Chesi, have developed a close relationship with her. During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the twins even referred to Heart as a “mother figure.” Evangelista, who has been part of their lives since they were just 4 years old, said, “I love being there for them.” She emphasized the importance of a natural bond, noting, “Love isn’t something you force; it has to naturally happen.”
