Maymay Entrata Sings “Nasaan ang Hiling” for Snow White PH

Maymay Entrata has been confirmed as the singer for the Filipino version of Snow White’s theme song, “Nasaan ang Hiling.” This song adapts “Waiting on a Wish” for Filipino audiences, while Rachel Zegler originally performed it in the live-action film. Disney Studios Philippines made the official announcement on March 17, 2025, through a social media post.

The post featured a photo of Maymay Entrata dressed as Snow White, with the caption: “Guess who’s waiting on a wish? @maymayentrata07 is singing ‘Nasaan Ang Hiling,’ the Filipino version of ‘Waiting on a Wish’ from Disney’s #SnowWhitePH.” Fans also received a reminder that the movie hits theaters on March 19, 2025.

Entrata shared her excitement about the project in another post. She said, “Hi everyone! I’m Maymay and I’m very excited for you to listen to the Filipino version of ‘Waiting on a Wish.’ I hope that you’ll watch the film on March 19.” Fans are eager to hear her rendition of the song, which adds a local touch to the movie’s release in the Philippines.

As of now, Disney has not yet uploaded Entrata’s full performance of the song. However, the announcement has generated excitement online, especially since there had been speculation about her being the one chosen to sing the theme song.

Along with Entrata, organizers selected Bae Suzy to perform the Korean version of “Waiting on a Wish.” The live-action Snow White also stars Gal Gadot, Andrew Burnap, Ansu Kabia, Hadley Fraser, and Lorena Andrea. The movie will feature an updated Snow White character, including a new origin story and a reimagined romantic storyline.
