Anne Curtis Laughs Off Breakup RumorsAnne Curtis laughed off rumors spreading that she and boyfriend Erwan Heussaff have already called it quits. Erwan initially put the rumor to rest, but this is the first time Anne talked about it.
She doesn't know the intention of whoever started the rumor, but it was a "nice try" for publicity, she added.
"It's not true and we're very happy. He's here tonight." Erwan was seen in the audience of Anne's "Annekapal" concert at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
It's good that Erwan was able to clarify things on the same day that the rumors spread. She said he was not part of showbiz, so he really doesn't get it why there is much focus on their relationship. Erwan can be sarcastic at times when commenting on Twitter and Instagram posts.
Asked how she and Erwan are, Anne only had this to say: "We're fine, we're super fine. We're okay."
Meanwhile, Anne was very happy that her fans supported her second major concert. Her first major concert, "AnneBisyosa: No Other Concert," was held last January 2012.
"Hay, I'm just so happy and it's amazing na tapos na siya... And I survived. I survived everything, so I'm just so happy."
Anne was especially proud of the opening number where she did death-defying stunts. This was a first for Araneta, so Anne extended her gratitude to the Araneta management for allowing her to stage those stunts.
When she tried those flip stunts during the rehearsal, she was so nervous. That's why Anne was thankful she was successful during the actual show.
She hadn't had the time to really perfect the stunts because on top of rehearsing for the concert, she was also taping for "Dyesebel," her top-rating show on ABS-CBN.
"That's why sobrang relief kasi kahit alam namin na sobrang ikli yung time to prepare, na-achieve naman namin yung dapat kong gawin."
One of her dreams came true that night when she sang alongside Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez. They performed Jeffrey Osborne's "On The Wings Of Love."
That's one of the highlights of her concert, Anne said. It was "crazy" to sing with Regine.
Aside from Regine, Anne's guests were Martin Nievera, Ogie Alcasid, Luis Manzano, Billy Crawford and Robert Sena.
Is she thinking about staging a third concert? Anne said it was hard for her because she doesn't know what else she can do. "Hindi ko pa alam kung ano pa ang kaya kung ibigay. So, happy na ako na napuno ito ng tao."
She didn't expect that the concert would be a success because she didn't even ask about the sales of the tickets. She was just surprised when she found out that there were so many who came to watch her perform.
