Maymay Entrata Proud Moment as Cousin Earns College Degree

Maymay Entrata, our favorite Kapamilya star, celebrates her #Goal as her cousin, Jap (who she calls Bray), just graduated from college. This isn’t just a simple graduation, though. It’s a huge win for their whole family. 

See, Maymay made a promise to her three cousins nine years ago. A promise straight from the heart that she would help them all graduate college and break the cycle of unfinished degrees in their family. It meant a lot of hard work and sacrifice on Maymay’s part, but she poured her love and determination into supporting their education. 

Maymay Entrata took to Instagram to celebrate, and her post is seriously heartwarming. She showered Bray with love, thanking him for not letting her down. She also talked about all the extra shifts she took to ensure they could afford school. But Maymay clarified that she wasn’t about getting anything in return. She loves her cousins tons, and seeing them achieve their dreams is all the reward she needs.

In her post, she said something super sweet to Bray: “Thank you Bray, hindi mo sinayang lahat ng pagsisikap ko sa trabaho para mapag-aral ko kayo. Wala kang obligasyon na suklian ang pagtulong ko sa inyo dahil mahal kita ng walang kapalit. Makita ko lang na matupad nyo ang mga pangarap nyo at kaya nyo nang tumayo sa mga sarili nyong mga paa ay sobra pa sa kayaman na meron dito sa mundo Bray.”  Can you hear the pride and relief in those words?

Of course, Maymay’s fans are jumping for joy too. Her Instagram is flooded with congrats for both Maymay Entrata and Bray. Her fellow actress, Lovely Abella, even chimed in, saying how Maymay is like an angel who helped her cousins reach their dreams.
