The force was undeniable. Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose and the P-Pop King’s SB19’s very own Stell joined forces for a two-night spectacle that left fans screaming for more. Their history-making concert, “Julie X Stell: Ang Ating Tinig” (Our Voices), lived up to its name and then some, selling out both nights at the New Frontier Theater on July 27th and 28th.
A dream collaboration brought to life by GMA Synergy, GMA Entertainment Group, and 1Z Entertainment, “Ang Ating Tinig” wasn’t just a concert—it was an experience. Thousands of fans and OPM lovers packed the venue. Their energy surged with every powerful solo and heart-melting duet performed by Julie and Stell. Their voices soared through a captivating setlist. The performance wove drapes of emotions, taking the audience on a journey. They experienced love’s first flutters, heartbreak’s sting, and the enduring beauty of life.
But the magic didn’t stop with the main stars. Both nights featured special guests that sent the crowd into a frenzy. The first night saw Kapuso Total Heartthrob Rayver Cruz serenade Julie with a sweet and heartwarming number. Then, in a surprise announcement that left fans ecstatic, Julie and Stell officially welcomed SB19’s leader, Pablo, as the newest coach on The Voice Kids!
Memorable Meet-and-Greet Moments
Day two kept the excitement going with SB19’s Josh Cullen bringing the house down with his electrifying performance. For the grand finale, the legendary Mr. Pure Energy himself, Gary Valenciano, joined the stage. He showcased his timeless vocals and incredible dance moves. Fans also had the chance to meet their idols at an exclusive meet-and-greet after each night’s show. This made the experience truly unforgettable.
The concert partnered with GMA Kapuso Foundation and A’TIN (SB19’s fandom) to organize a donation drive for those affected by Super Typhoon Carina. This spirit of generosity resonated throughout the weekend, leaving a lasting impact beyond the stage.
The success of the concert was a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. “This weekend was for all the dreamers and believers,” shared Senior Vice President and Head of GMA Integrated News, Regional TV, and Synergy Oliver Victor B. Amoroso. “We are incredibly proud of Julie and Stell, and thankful to everyone who contributed their talent, time, and generosity to make this a reality.”
