Maxie has been crowned the winner of Drag Race Philippines season 3, sending waves of excitement across the country. Her win marks a major milestone in the local drag scene, showcasing her talent, determination, and powerful message of representation.

The finale featured an intense showdown between the top four contestants—Angel, Khianna, Maxie, and Tita Baby. Each faced a series of challenges that tested their creativity, artistry, and performance skills. From extravagant runway looks to standout talent performances, the queens displayed their unique styles and strengths.

Maxie’s journey to the crown was fueled by passion and dedication. Her original song, “Laban,” resonated with viewers, celebrating LGBTQ+ strength and inspiring others to pursue their dreams. She entered the competition determined to complete her drag journey after falling short in Queen of the Universe, a drag singing contest.

The final lip sync between Maxie and Khianna was intense, with both queens delivering unforgettable performances. In a heartfelt moment, Maxie handed a prop crown to her sister Angel, symbolizing their shared journey and the strong bond of sisterhood in drag. Maxie’s victory celebrates her hard work and dedication to uplifting the LGBTQ+ community.

Crowning the Champion

As the new Drag Race Philippines champion, Maxie takes home P1,000,000, a year’s supply of Anastacia Beverly Hills cosmetics, and a crown and scepter. She joins the ranks of past winners, Precious Paula Nicole and Captivating Katkat, in the prestigious Drag Race legacy.

Maxie’s win is not just her personal victory, but a triumph for the entire LGBTQ+ community in the Philippines. Her success proves that with perseverance, dreams can come true. As a role model, Maxie’s influence will resonate within the drag and LGBTQ+ communities for years to come.
