Outbox Media Powerhouse Corp. (OBM) produced a sold-out benefit concert, “Thrive: A Symphony of Thriving Stories,” which filled Metrotent in Pasig City on September 26. This event celebrated the company’s 18th anniversary and honored the resilience of young cancer patients at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center’s Cancer and Hematology Center.
The concert was a star-studded affair, featuring performances from some of the Philippines’ biggest names in music. Acapellago, Julie Ann San Jose, Darren Espanto, Lani Misalucha, and Ogie Alcasid took the stage, delivering unforgettable performances that moved the audience to tears.
A Touching Tribute
Zoey Taberna, daughter of Taberna Group of Companies (TGC) founders, performed a touching tribute alongside her sister Helga, marking a milestone in Zoey’s journey with cancer. The concert’s theme, “Thrive,” resonated with the audience, celebrating stories of strength and perseverance.
The event was a testament to the Taberna family’s dedication to giving back. As part of TGC, OBM has been a driving force in the events industry for 18 years, consistently supporting philanthropic causes. The concert raised funds to provide financial support for young cancer patients, ensuring they have access to life-saving treatments.
Guests enjoyed a sumptuous plated dinner catered by Taste of the Town, another TGC brand. The combination of world-class entertainment and delicious food made for a memorable evening.
